We ship wine via UPS only to the states listed below. You may also wish to order wine for pick up at our Carbondale tasting room, which is an option on the checkout page. Upon completion of your purchase you will receive an email confirming your order. Keep this email, as it is your receipt and will contain pertinent information.
We go to great lengths to make the best quality Illinois wine you can purchase anywhere.
Wine is a perishable product, so to ensure you receive your order in the best condition, we must suspend shipments during periods of extreme cold and heat. If you place an order that we cannot ship immediately, we will contact you to let you know, and will ship your wine as soon as the weather allows. We will not ship your wine if it may be compromised by the current weather.
YOU MUST BE 21 TO ORDER AND RECEIVE WINE
If you are not 21, UPS will refuse delivery and the wine will be returned to Kite Hill. If wine is returned to us for an age violation, you will not receive a refund.
All sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not permitted.
