Join us for a delicious stop along the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail’s Midsummer Wine & Food Pairing event! At Kite Hill Vineyards, we’ll be serving up a decadent bite of stuffed dates wrapped in smoky bacon, perfectly paired with our bold yet smooth Aeronaut (95% Chambourcin / 5% Viognier).
The richness of the bacon and sweetness of the date bring out Aeronaut’s bright red fruit and subtle spice, creating a pairing that’s both indulgent and unforgettable.
